KTU has valid Intellectual Property Management and Transfer Regulations, which were updated and approved by the Rector’s Order No. A-273. The Regulations establish the principles and procedures for the management and transfer of intellectual property of the University related to the ownership, development, protection, use, disposal and distribution of proceeds from the transfer of intellectual property to authors.
